Shipping Policy

Baptismo offers our domestic customers two methods of collection:

Pick-Up
Available from our showroom during normal trading hours, or as agreed otherwise.  We appreciate a minimum of ten working days to complete orders but understand that may not always be possible.  Should there be any issues with your requested timeframe we will be in contact with you.

Any order that has not been collected 30 days after the arranged date will be considered cancelled, and the appropriate cancellation fee will apply.

Courier
We use a combination of local and interstate couriers to deliver your goods.  Orders delivered by courier are done so at the customer's risk (although we do package goods as best we can!).  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign and collect the goods on the stated day of delivery, otherwise a "re-attempted delivery fee" equal to 150% of the original courier costs will be payable before any further attempt at delivery is made.

At no time will a courier acting on behalf of Baptismo be authorised to leave goods unsecured at the customer's stated delivery address, or fail to secure a signature.  Please do not ask for this option as refusal may offend.

International Shipping
Available upon request, but customers must contact us prior to placing any order stating the goods required (including quantity) and an address for delivery.  From there we will quote you on freight and if you wish to proceed with the order we will load your shipping rate onto the site so you can complete your transaction. We only use International Registered Post, Aus Post International Courier or Fedex.  Please note that all items are shipped at customer's risk.
