Refunds / Cancellations Change of Mind Customers who change their mind are able to cancel their order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the initial order.  Orders cancelled outside this period, provided production has not commenced will be issued with a credit note which must be presented in order to be redeemed for future purchases.  This cancellation policy does not apply to custom sourced / produced, engraved, printed or embroidered orders - please see Special Conditions below. Special Conditions No refund, credit or exchange is available on any custom sourced / produced, engraved, printed or embroidered orders once production has commenced. Cancellation of any aspect of a custom sourced / produced, engraved, printed or embroidered item prior to commencement of production will attract a fee equal to 50% of the total value of that component of the order.  This fee may not be used for credit or exchange. Completed Orders Cancellation of completed orders will attract a fee equal to 100% of the total value of the order and may not be used for credit or exchange.
